According to the ASU Academic Affairs Policy and Procedure Manual ACD 305-05: "Every instructor who teaches courses is
expected to be available to students outside of class on a reasonable and regular basis." In the form below, specify your office hours policy, as stated in your course syllabi (e.g. posted office hours, appointments policy, etc.). Note that ACD 305-05 states that faculty should be available for appointments outside of posted office hours for reasonable student requests for office consultation.
